Advanced Zeolite Molecular Sieve Technology and Working Principle At the core of Mentis PSA oxygen generators is high-performance Zeolite Molecular Sieve technology, which selectively adsorbs nitrogen from compressed air. The system operates with a synchronized twin-tower architecture: Adsorption Phase: Conditioned compressed air is directed into the first tower. The zeolite adsorbent captures nitrogen, moisture, carbon dioxide, and certain unwanted components, allowing oxygen-enriched gas to pass through the system. Regeneration Phase: Once the first tower reaches saturation, the system automatically switches to the second tower. The pressure in the first tower is then reduced, and the adsorbed gases are released to the atmosphere, preparing the tower for the next production cycle. Continuous Oxygen Production: Through this PLC-controlled alternating cycle, the system provides a stable and uninterrupted oxygen flow to your facility 24/7.
